Our Beginning
Maldon's Brasserie opened its doors in March 2023 at 2010 Main St Suite 170, Irvine, CA. What started as a dream for Laura, our founder, became a family journey. Inspired by her personal experience with celiac disease, she spent seven years perfecting her own gluten-free flour. That flour is the heart of every dish we serve today.

Maldon's is family owned and operated. Laura’s daughter Morgan is our talented pastry chef, crafting desserts and pastries with care. Her brother David brings savory dishes to life, while her husband Michael bakes bread and explores creative culinary ideas. Together, they make every meal memorable.
