Maldon's Brasserie opened its doors in March 2023 at 2010 Main St Suite 170, Irvine, CA. What started as a dream for Laura, our founder, became a family journey. Inspired by her personal experience with celiac disease, she spent seven years perfecting her own gluten-free flour. That flour is the heart of every dish we serve today.
